This article addresses one of the most frequent questions the couples have when planning their big day: which are the best wedding venues in New York City and surrounding areas.
Before we start, we need to mention this is an independent article and is not sponsored by any of the venues listed below.
This article looks at the popularity of the venues, and we believe the number of Google searches is the most relevant indicator. For each venue we extracted the searches for the following keywords: Venue name weddings. For example, for New York Public Library, we looked at the number of searches for “New York Public Library wedding” and close search variations.
Our research includes venues that can hold both indoors and outdoors events. On your big day, you can have your ceremony reception and often even your preparation on site.
We did not take into consideration esthetic criteria or number of weddings hosted by the event spaces. Also, in finding the best venues we did not look at the size, or capacity/number of guests that venues can accommodate.
