Northumberland Heights offers an eclectic menu with an array of hors d’oeuvres and entrees, all of which can be customized to meet your requirements. Some of the suggested hors d’oeuvres include Asian-inspired spring rolls, scallop and beef skewers, Indian eggplant pancake, cucumber maki sushi rolls, and bruschetta.
Our main course, options range from pork tenderloin with roasted garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables finished with a berry/balsamic reduction, to chicken breast stuffed with goat cheese and mushroom, or an Atlantic salmon fillet pan-seared and nestled on a sugar snap pea and lobster risotto. All menus can be customized as per guests’ requirements.
Northumberland Heights also offers various customised bar service packages with a selection of popular brands or equivalents, including rum, beer, vodka, whisky, house wine, and mixed drinks. Two pours of standard house wine are included for the wine service during dinner.
